A private event is any event that is not open to the public. Think birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers, bachelorettes, graduations, company parties, or any celebration you can think of! The Little Refinery brings the permanent jewelry experience to you! The event can be held at a home, a reserved public space, or a reserved restaurant, etc.

The Little Refinery brings the permanent jewelry experience to you! at your event you and your guests can browse the chain selection, try them on, get linked, and pay in-person via card or tap-to-pay.

I (Megan) will arrive 20-30 minutes before your event begins to set up. All I will need is access to a 3-prong outlet and space for a 6-foot table with two chairs. I can also use your table/chairs if that is best for the space. I will bring an extension cord, tablecloth, and a cute display for my setup unless you let me know that you would like to plan the decor to match your theme.

A 6-guest and 6-bracelet (or anklet/necklace) permanent jewelry purchase is required for permanent events (rings do not count towards the minimum).

A $50 deposit is also required to reserve your time. The deposit will be fully refunded after the event once the 6-item minimum has been met.

Deposits cannot be refunded if you cancel your event after booking, as I will turn down other events/markets in order to reserve your special day 🫶

A travel fee may apply if the event will be held outside of Whatcom County. However, I travel to Seattle and Yakima regularly, so I may be nearby! Message me your location and we’ll work something out!

The minimum age requirement for permanent jewelry is 13 years old. Teens ages 13-17 must have a parent present to give consent.

We will decide on a timeframe prior to the event based on the amount of people attending. On average, I will set aside 10-15 minutes per person.
