A private event is any event that is not open to the public. Think birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers, bachelorettes, graduations, company parties, or any celebration you can think of! The Little Refinery brings the permanent jewelry (or charm bar) experience to you! The event can be held at a home, a reserved public space, or a reserved restaurant, etc.

The Little Refinery brings the permanent jewelry experience to you! At your event, you and your guests can browse the chain selection together, try them on, get linked, and pay in-person via card or tap-to-pay. It’s a ton of fun to share this special experience that is perfect for celebrations and making memories.

As far as set-up goes, Megan and/or Kelly Jo will arrive 15-20 minutes before your event begins to set up. All we need is space for a 6-foot table with two chairs. We can also use your table/chairs if that is best for the space! We will bring own power source, tablecloth, chains and charms, care packages for all of your guests, and cute display unless you let us know that you would like to plan your own decor.

A 6-guest and 6-bracelet (or anklet/necklace) permanent jewelry purchase is required for permanent events (rings do not count towards the minimum).

A $50 deposit is also required to reserve your time. The deposit will be fully refunded after the event once the 6-item minimum has been met. Deposits cannot be refunded if you cancel your event after booking, as we will turn down other events/markets in order to reserve your special day 🫶

A travel fee may apply if the event will be held more than a half hour outside of Bellingham. However, I travel to Seattle and Yakima regularly, so I may be nearby! Message me your location and we’ll work something out!

The minimum age requirement for permanent jewelry is 13 years old. Children ages 3-12 can still join in the fun with a clasped bracelet, which also includes a free charm (clasp is also free)! All children under 18 must have a parent present to give consent.

We will decide on a timeframe prior to the event based on the amount of people attending. On average, we will set aside 10-15 minutes per person.
