Welcome to The Little Refinery’s Permanent Jewelry and Charm Bar Reservations! I can’t wait for you to experience the fun! 

TLR does not have a storefront- instead, we partner with local businesses, join makers markets, and celebrate with you at private events! We typically put together 3-4 cute pop-ups per month around the Bellingham and Seattle areas, and you’re invited to join the fun! Please note that not all events have reservations available (many are walk-in style!) so make sure to check our events page to find out what to expect. ALSO, the charm bar is not available at every permanent jewelry pop-up, so please read the details for each pop-up on our events page before booking. See you soon!!

 


How to Make a Permanent Jewelry Reservation:

Check to see if the event you’d like to attend has reservations available

First off, DOES THE EVENT YOU WANT TO ATTEND HAVE RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE? Check the events page to see if reservations are available for the event you’d like to attend. If reservations aren’t available, just come on by! If it’s a big market make sure to come to me first, get your name on the list, and then enjoy the event while you wait. 

Check age requirements

Please note that the current age requirement is 13+. Children under 13 can get a custom fit bracelet made with the same chains (and charms!) but the closure will include a small clasp. It will still be a fun and special experience :) Please reserve as normal (no additional fees for the clasp will apply). 

Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult🤍

RESERVE A CHAIN: If reservations are open for your event, snag your chain by purchasing it now! Browse below and add the chain you’d like to your cart. The order window will be open up until the day before the event. Reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended if available!

Make sure to grab a time slot!

GRAB A TIME SLOT: After you purchase your chain you can reserve a time slot through this listing. 🚨Appointments are not valid without a chain purchase 🫶 Make sure to complete checkout after you select the time you want. If you don’t get an email confirmation, please try again and fully complete checkout.

DAY-OF: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and check in at The Little Refinery’s table when you get there. Enjoy the event while you wait! See you soon! 🤗✨

Curious about the process?

The actual welding of your permanent jewelry will take seconds, but your session will be about 10 minutes long. Megan will take care measuring, fitting, and welding your chain securely. Your permanent jewelry can be removed at any time using a pair of scissors to carefully snip the jump ring. Save those chains, they can be re-welded later! 💫See FAQs for more info and pictures!💫

Charm Bar

Pssst… don’t see an event that will work for your schedule? The charm bar is also available for private events! Grab your friends and get creative making your own custom charm necklaces 💫

During your appointment you will select a chain (ranging in price from $35+), and get creative choosing from over 100 charms! From there, The Little Refinery team will assemble and weld your custom necklace. All chains and charms are waterproof, nickel-free, and carefully chosen for cuteness and durability.
