Did you know that your permanent jewelry from The Little Refinery can be removed at any time by using a pair of nail clippers to cut the jump ring? Save your chain in a plastic bag so that you can have it re-welded at a later time.
Come to any event and we’re happy to help, but please check the information for the event you’d like to attend. If reservations are available, please make a reservation by following the details below. If reservations are not available, just come on by! I always recommend coming towards the beginning of an event to get your name on the list in case there is a wait.
*Your permanent chain does not need to be from The Little Refinery to have it re-welded. We’re happy to help! Prices vary by jump ring material. A new jump ring will be used for every re-weld (I do not re-use jump rings if they have been cut).
Services:
Re-Weld: Did you remove your chain? Bring it to us and we will reattach it for you using a fresh jump ring.
Resize: Do you need to shorten/lengthen a chain or move it to a different wrist/ankle/finger? We will remove it for you and help you find the perfect fit.
Repairs: Did you break your TLR permanent chain? IF your chain can be repaired and reattached, it’s on us! We're happy to try at any event, and if we can't fix it we will offer you a discount for a replacement.

The Little Refinery loves 14k gold fill and sterling silver because they are high quality materials that can last decades with a little care. Plus, they’re easy on the eyes, skin, and the bank account. Both metals are nickel-free, great for sensitive skin (unlike plated jewelry), and will never turn your skin green… because that’s the worst!
GOLD FILL
Gold Fill is a thick layer of solid gold that has been bonded to a base meal core. It is waterproof and actually wears like solid gold, unlike gold plated or vermeil jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is water-safe and nickel free, making it a great option for people with sensitive skin. Your jewelry may get dirty over time, so I recommend a quick monthly clean. Simply wash in warm water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth. Store in a plastic baggie between wears and check out @TheLittleRefinery on Instagram for more tips.
STERLING SILVER
925 sterling silver is a solid precious metal. It is water-safe and nickel free, making it a great option for sensitive skin. Fun fact: the oils in your skin actually prevent tarnish on silver, so wear your jewelry often and store it in an airtight container (a plastic baggie will do the trick!) between wears.
